Enjoy the richness of thick, old-fashioned taste New England Buttermilk made fresh in your own kitchen. Can be made with skim or whole milk. The amount of flavor, acid and texture can be controlled by increasing or decreasing time and/or temperature. Each packet sets 1-2 quarts of milk and makes 1-2 quarts of buttermilk. Heat milk, add 1 packet and stir, Put in thermos-like container or Yogotherm, cover and let set for 12-24 hours. Set of 5 packets.
