Mesquite has a strong and hearty smoke flavor which complements beef, venison and wild game, but can also be used with fish, pork and poultry. Nothing says Texas like mesquite cooked beef brisket, and is the most popular wood used in southern barbeque. Approximately 20 minutes burn time per puck, bisquettes fit any Bradley Smoker, and can also be used on the barbecue or grill. 120/pkg.
