1. Order Online
Browsing CanningSupply.com is secure, fun and easy. By selecting the specialized categories, found on the left-hand side and top of each page, you can zero in on the products you have been looking for. Just click on the category name. Our Search feature, located to the upper right of each page, allows you to quickly & easily search on product name or item number.
When you find the item you are interested in, select the "Buy” or “Buy Now" button. Please note that prices reflected throughout the Canning Supply site are in U.S. currency.
You can view your shopping cart's contents, edit or empty your shopping cart at any time by clicking on "View Cart" conveniently located at the top of every page.
From the Shopping Cart page, you can continue browsing for products by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" link, change the quantity of the items ordered, or choose to checkout. To complete your order, simply click the "Checkout" button found below the cart total.
The next step will allow you to Create an Account with us, Log in to your Existing Account or continue as a guest. After choosing one of these options you will be prompted to enter your billing, shipping & payment information, choose your preferred method of shipment & enter any additional comments you would like to make about this order. You will then have a final opportunity to review your order prior to submitting. Again, this is a completely secure transaction.

3. Order by Fax

4. Order by Mail

Our products are selected after careful evaluation and testing. However, we understand that some defects, damage or errors occasionally occur. If this happens with your order, we apologize and appreciate your understanding and assistance in correcting these events.
Returns and exchanges MUST be made within 30 days. Shipping & Processing charges are non-refundable. Food items are non-returnable. No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization. Before sending back merchandise for return or exchange, contact us FIRST at 1-888-612-1950. A return authorization number (RA#) will be provided to you, along with any special return shipping instructions. If a RA # is not obtained and merchandise is returned, a credit will be applied to your Canning Supply account.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
To ensure credit, merchandise must be complete, properly packaged and include the original product packaging. Return the package prepaid and insured to the return address you are provided. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package for proper processing and credit. Missing or Damaged Items
If you did not receive all the items that you ordered, first check your invoice to see that the "missing item(s)" are not marked as BACKORDERED (B/O Column). If they are, they will be sent to you as soon as possible. Next, check all packing material thoroughly for items that may have been wrapped in packing or settled in shipment. Please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-612-1950 regarding any problems or other questions.

Out of Stock/Discontinued Products
In the unfortunate event that we are temporarily out of an item, your order will be placed on backorder. Your complete order will be shipped to you as soon as all items are available. We reserve the right to cancel an item from your order. Should we cancel an item from your order you will be notified & your order total adjusted accordingly.
If an item on your order is discontinued, we will ship the remainder of your order. A notification of the discontinued item will be listed on your invoice and your total for the order adjusted accordingly.

Standard Ground Transit Times
Our goal is to ship complete orders within 48 hours from our receipt of the order. After the order leaves our warehouse, you can usually expect your package to arrive in approximately 10-14 business days.
We request that you provide a street address, rather than a P.O. Box, whenever possible. This allows us to ship by the most efficient, economical method for your area. Our ground shipping service cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Please note that items ordered together may not ship out at the same time or in the same carton.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S. / INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
Sorry, we currently only ship within the USA and to Canada.
Shipments to Canadian addresses will be charged actual shipping, plus handling & packing charges. Freight or postage will be based on the most cost-effective shipping service. When placing a Canadian order online the shipping charges reflected may differ from what is actually charged. Should there be a difference between the shipping amount reflected on your order confirmation & the amount you will actually be charged, our Customer Service Department will inform you of the revised shipping charges via e-mail. You will then have the opportunity to accept or decline the charges prior to shipment.
Shipments outside noncontiguous U.S. states
For orders to AK, HI, PR, VI, APO/FPO and US possessions, an additional $7.25 will be added to the regular shipping charges.
Should you desire quicker delivery, you have the option to choose 3-day, 2-day or next-day air during checkout. Additional shipping costs will be included in your total. Orders must be received prior to 2:00 PM CST to be shipped the day of order placement via expedited delivery. If placing an order after this time, please take into consideration your order will not ship until the following business day when choosing your delivery method.
