It consists of adding a third layer of perforated material, which creates a channel for the air to flow through and is suctioned out of the bag. This perforated material creates a constant vacuum and increases the ability to package liquid-rich foods like fresh meats and fish. This unique design decreases stress to your sealer and maximizes the suction out of the bag for a more reliable seal. Quart size bags are 11-1/2" x 8", 32/pkg.
