Process your fruits and high acidic tomatoes in a boiling water bath. If you have bushels to process, then this jumbo canner what you need. Made of durable enameled-on-steel, the jumbo water bath canner will provide years of service. Huge 33 quart liquid capacity (15-1/4" dia, 9-1/2" high) with a wire canning rack to hold 9 quart jars. For safety reasons, no handles are provided on larger canner. (It is too heavy to lift when filled with hot boiling water.) This water bath canner does not have a flat bottom and is not recommended for glass or ceramic top stoves.
