The Herb Keeper is a smart storage tool to keep herbs fresh longer. Rosemary, thyme, oregano and dill will flourish, or even stalk vegetables like celery or asparagus will stay fresh and crisp. Larger than other herb savers, the tray design allows the herb stems to hydrate while the leaves stay above water. Just add water to level indicated and insert herb bunches into the tray slots.
