The answer to all your produce preparation - a cutting board with attached scrap bin. Use it on your countertop or next to the sink. The removable bin slides easily into place and has a seal between the cutting board and bin to make sure all scraps, seeds and liquids go into the bin and not the floor. Remove the bin, and collapse to store compactly with the cutting board. Poly cutting board has L-shape design and non-skid feet for stability when in use. Cutting board is 11" x 15" and scrap bin has 4 cup capacity. Dishwasher safe.
