Do you have a store in my area?

Our warehouse is located in Waterville, Iowa situated in northeast Iowa. The public is welcome to come and browse Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.CST. If you are in the area, give us a call at 888-612-1950 for directions. We have no other retail outlets.

When will my order ship?

Our goal is to ship all orders in their entirety within 48 hours from our receipt of the order. In the unfortunate event that we are temporarily out of an item your entire order will be placed on backorder. Your complete order will be shipped to you as soon as all items are available. We reserve the right to cancel an item from your order. Should we cancel an item from your order your order total will be adjusted accordingly.

I placed an order a few days ago, how do I find out when it will arrive?

If you supplied a valid email address when you placed your order, you would have received an email notification when your order shipped. That email contains a tracking number for orders shipped via Federal Express, UPS or Priority Mail. If no tracking number was provided, your order was shipped via the parcel post through the Post Office and can take up to 10-14 mailing days from the ship date. Orders shipping to Canada can take up to 2 weeks, or more, for delivery.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are figured at the time of order placement and your order total will reflect the shipping costs for your order except as noted below.

Shipments to Canadian addresses will be charged actual shipping, plus handling & packing charges. Freight or postage will be based on the most cost-effective shipping service. When placing a Canadian order online the shipping charges reflected may differ from what is actually charged. Should there be a difference between the shipping amount reflected on your order confirmation & the amount you will actually be charged, our Customer Service Department will inform you of the revised shipping charges via e-mail. You will then have the opportunity to accept or decline the charges prior to shipment.

Shipping charges on large actual freight orders will be calculated after you place your order and these costs will be provided to you for your acceptance via an email notification.

I have forgotten my password. How can I find out what it is?

From both the “My Account” link, located to the upper right of each page, or the “Log In to Account” area on “Begin Checkout” page you may click on the words "Forgot password?" and be taken to a page to establish a new password for your account.

How can I add or remove an item to/from an order, I just placed online?

We can still make adjustments if your order has not been processed through the warehouse. Contact Customer Service at service@canningsupply.com or call 1-888-612-1950 to determine if a change can be made.

How do I find the specific item I am looking for?

By selecting the specialized categories, found on the left-hand side and top of each page, you can zero in on the products you have been looking for. Just click on the category name. You can also use our Search feature, located to the upper right of each page, which allows you to quickly & easily search on product name or item number.  If you are still unable locate a specific item, please contact us at service@canningsupply.com or 1-888-612-1950.
